Travix International or Travix is a travel company formed by the merger of CheapTickets (Beins Travel Group BV) Vliegwinkel, Flugladen, BudgetAir (Airtrade), and Vayama. Travix sells airline flight tickets. It manages the following websites: CheapTickets, BudgetAir, Vayama, Vliegwinkel, and Flugladen, whose services they feature at the bottom of their homepage.
With more than 500 employees and headquarters located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Travix also has offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, India, Curacao, United States, and Singapore. It is affiliated to to SGR, ANVR, IATA, and to the Dutch Home Shopping Organization. John Mangelaars, their CEO since February 2013, has more than 20 years’ experience working with Microsoft. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at International Personal Finance Plc.
