HappyTrips Reviews 2017
Travellers set out for an adventure for many different reasons, one of which is to learn and experience new things and grow as they travel. India, one of the world’s vastest and most cultured countries, decided to take their knowledge to the web to create the country’s leading online travel magazine: HappyTrips, which is a treasure-trove of travel information that tells you where to go, eat, stay, what to do, and how to get from place to place in your destination.
In our new HappyTrips reviews, we take a look into the travel website and assess its main features and services.
Background, History, and More Information
HappyTrips is an online travel magazine originating and based in India containing more than 15,000 articles and a number of photographs and travel guides all covering more than 300 destinations all over the globe. The enterprise was an initiative of Times Internet and has the status as India’s leading online travel magazine.
Reviews/ What Users Have to Say
We tried searching for HappyTrips reviews for this review and found none. The site after all is more about travel content from contributors, though based from our skimming of their available articles I noticed their travel topics were general and all the writing followed the same style and format. It’s not for everyone’s reading taste, though there’s sure to be something to read while on their pages. My own HappyTrips reviews would be that their writers come up with more unique travel ideas and improve their similar writing quality.
Their Official Website
The content on HappyTrips is categorised into a number of categories: Destinations, Hotels, Things to Do, Eating Out, Nightlife, and Guides. Further subcategories are Adventure Holidays, Weekend Getaways, Driving Holidays, and Times Passion Trails. Below these tabs, you can search for things to peruse – travel guides, destinations, hotels, restaurants – by destination, reminding us site visitors of other services offered by travel agency websites. And, then at the very bottom of the homepage, even more categories are shown such as Honeymoon Destinations, Cheap Flights, and Beaches, among others.
Click on Write for Us if you want to contribute to HappyTrips’ content. HappyTrips, meanwhile, has a newsletter that delivers travel ideas into your inbox. Scrolling down their homepage, you will notice a large portion is devoted to icons for each featured travel article.
HappyTrips is present in a number of social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, and Instagram. For more information, updates, and offers about HappyTrips, view their Twitter account here. Also, the travel website has a mobile app you can download from iTunes, Google Play, and Windows Phone.

After checking out HappyTrips, I learned some new things about travel. But, I wish that they improve the appearance of their site or some of its content. As a basic resource for travel information, HappyTrips has a few interesting articles, though it’s nothing new and I don’t predict readers rely on them.
